  1.  A  large  tropical  fish  ({Orcynus  pelamys})  allied  to  the 
  tunny.  It  is  about  three  feet  long,  blue  above,  with  four 
  brown  stripes  on  the  sides.  It  is  sometimes  found  on  the 
  American  coast.
