  a  In  the  most  general  sense  any  one  of  the  Quadrumana, 
  including  apes,  baboons,  and  lemurs. 
  b  Any  species  of  Quadrumana,  except  the  lemurs.

  as  have  a  long  tail  and  prehensile  feet)  exclusive  of
