  a  An  instrument  of  music  formerly  popular  in  Wales, 
  consisting  of  a  wooden  pipe,  with  holes  at  intervals.  It 
  was  so  called  because  the  bell  at  the  open  end  was 
  sometimes  made  of  horn.
