A genus of large extinct Eocene mammals from Wyoming; -- called also {Uintatherium}. See Illustration in Appendix. Note: They were herbivorous, and remarkable for three pairs of hornlike protuberances on the skull. The males were armed with a pair of powerful canine tusks.
